Born and raised in Key West, FL, Karen holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. She is a former land use attorney and spent over 10 years in the tourism industry before moving to the area in 2013, working as an individual agent and commercial property manager before joining Holli’s team in 2018. She has twin daughters who attend Forsyth Central High School and play softball, flag football, lacrosse and basketball.

A rare Atlanta area native and our newest team member, Ashley graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Merchandising. She started her career in retail management and soon became intrigued by the real estate industry. For the past 17 years, Ashley has served agents and clients in many roles including operations, management, and marketing.

Courtney creates and manages brand content while assisting with client communications and daily administrative operations. With a sharp eye for detail and strong operational skills, she ensures the brand and client experience run smoothly. A true Floridian who relocated to Georgia two years ago, Courtney enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors in the warm weather with her family.
